Give it until about 45 seconds before the howling starts to kick in. This is Abba, a 1 year old shih-tzu. She LOVES her squeaky toy hamburger, never puts it down and can’t stop playing with it. But it makes her howl just like the noise the toy makes. And just about anything else can prompt the howling. 🙂
